Portfolio X-ray

Enter which ETFs you hold and how much you have invested. The tool works out how much the charges weigh, which funds hold largely the same companies, and which other ETFs track the same index at different costs. This is public data set out in order: no assessment of your situation and no indication of what to do.

What this tool does. It sets out information that is already public: the ongoing charges declared by the issuers and the ten largest holdings of each fund. It calculates how much the charges weigh on the amounts you entered and shows which funds track the same indices. It does not assess your situation and knows nothing of your objectives, your time horizon, your capacity to bear losses or your tax position.

This is not financial advice. Investlytic is not a regulated financial adviser, is not entered on any register, and does not provide personal recommendations on financial instruments. Nothing on this page constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a product, nor an invitation to invest. The list of funds on the same index is ordered by cost for readability and expresses no preference.

Limits of the data. Overlap is calculated on the ten largest holdings, which for a fund holding hundreds of positions is an approximation: it shows a direction, not a measure. The index groupings are generated automatically by comparing composition and geographic breakdown, and may contain errors. Costs and holdings may be out of date. Always check the fund\u2019s key information document (KID) before any decision.

Before you move anything. Selling a fund can crystallise taxable gains, under different rules in each country. A lower ongoing charge does not mean a product suits you better. For decisions about your money, speak to a regulated financial adviser or your bank.
